Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Onboarding Services Supervisor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, train, develop, and motivate a team of onboarding specialists
• Create and process new agent affiliations through systems
• Manage the onboarding checklist and coordinate with internal partners to ensure new agents are properly set up

Required Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of supervision experience
• 2 or more years of Real Estate Agent Onboarding Experience
• 2 or more years of customer service experience
• Technologically proficient with various operating systems on PCs and Macs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software as needed
