Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Onboarding Specialist for a U.S. based remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and process new agent affiliations, assist with enrollment processes, manage onboarding checklists, and ensure access to agent tools
  • Provide weekly reporting to branch managers and facilitate communication with branch leaders
  • Support branch manager recruiting efforts and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a Real Estate office
  • Technological proficiency with various operating systems, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and high productivity
  • Customer-focused with delivery-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to adjust workload and schedule as needed
