Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Onboarding Specialist, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for all new agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Coordinate with internal partners to set up new agents with necessary tools and resources
• Facilitate communication with branch leaders and support recruiting efforts for top-tier agents

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of customer service experience preferred; prior real estate office experience strongly preferred
• Technologically proficient with various operating systems and software, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to master additional software as needed, such as Adobe Acrobat and Power BI
• Experience working in a remote environment while maintaining productivity
• Customer-focused and delivery-oriented mindset
