Agent Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and optimize AI agents based on their workflows and objectives
• Guide critical deployments to maximize customer value from the platform
• Drive feedback loops with Engineering to shape feature development based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, engagement manager, or consultant
• Hands-on experience with AI model prompting, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Strong technical acumen to influence AI agent designs
• Ability to work with AI coding tools to develop end-to-end products quickly
