Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Results Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the Agent community to ensure client success
  • Recognize trends and escalate concerns for effective resolution
  • Contribute to Agent retention and advancement through personalized interactions and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service-related work experience
  • Mastery of computer basics with an affinity towards technical systems
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience preferred
