Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Results Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional support to the Agent community to ensure client success
Recognize trends and escalate concerns for effective resolution
Contribute to Agent retention and advancement through personalized interactions and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service-related work experience
Mastery of computer basics with an affinity towards technical systems
Functional proficiency in Microsoft products
Flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience preferred
