Agent Results Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Results Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support and engagement to independent agents
• Manage processes to maximize agent support, performance, and satisfaction
• Host agent sessions, lead virtual meetings, and provide real-time support

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service-related work experience
• Mastery of computer basics and proficiency in Microsoft products
• Flexible work schedule and ability to be on camera for multiple hours daily
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience preferred
