Agent Support Associate

Job Summary

Providing essential support to Medicare Advantage broker partners, the full-time Agent Support Associate will manage inquiries, assist with enrollment processes, and resolve post-enrollment issues while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to broker inquiries through calls and messages regarding plans, benefits, and processes
• Assist brokers with application submissions, status checks, and enrollment questions to ensure a smooth experience
• Resolve post-enrollment issues, including eligibility questions and plan changes, while collaborating with internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field
• 2+ years of customer service or support experience
• Strong attention to detail and a mindset for accuracy and continuous improvement
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
