Job Summary

Supporting the field sales team, the full-time remote Agent Support Representative will respond to operational inquiries, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and troubleshoot issues to ensure agents can effectively serve families across the country.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to requests and operational questions from field agents to facilitate their focus on serving families
  • Maintain leads, records, and key data within the CRM for reliable information access
  • Collaborate with various teams to coordinate special requests and deliver seamless support
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and professionalism
  • Organizational discipline to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with workplace technology, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Salesforce
  • A collaborative mindset, effectively working with multiple teammates while maintaining a positive attitude
