Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agent Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for agents and partners
- Become a subject matter expert on all of the company's products and services
- Assist with onboarding processes for new agents and partners to ensure proficiency with the platform
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in training, preferably in real estate or technology sectors
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms; CRM experience is a plus
- Experience leading operational initiatives with solid business judgment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Real Estate, or related field preferred
