Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture or technical leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions, focusing on AI-powered automation
• Deep understanding of intelligent digital labor strategies and AI agent frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts
• Experience leading workshops and customer-facing deliverable reviews
