Agentic AI Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Agentic AI Developer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and scale autonomous AI systems, focusing on advanced multi-agent systems that leverage LLMs and implementing Spec-Driven Development (SDD) for automated workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and build autonomous AI agents with advanced reasoning capabilities
• Design multi-agent orchestration systems and implement Spec-Driven Development (SDD) systems
• Define and manage artifacts such as RequirementsPack and ArchitecturePack while optimizing systems for scalability and cost

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience with Generative AI / LLM systems
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go
• Experience with distributed systems and backend architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
