Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

To lead the design and development of intelligent automation solutions, the remote contract Agentic AI Engineer will build production-grade AI agents and workflows that automate complex business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI solutions to automate business processes and workflows
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and implement observability and governance frameworks for AI solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern application development
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions in production
• Strong Python development experience and familiarity with AI application development ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
