Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on building and improving Virtual Agents and Agentic Agents on Genesys Cloud, the full-time remote Agentic AI Engineer will develop NLU models, perform prompt engineering, and analyze real conversations to enhance automated systems' performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop prompts for Agentic Virtual Agents to optimize task completion and user experience
• Build and tune NLU models aligned with user behavior and business needs, ensuring scalability and accuracy
• Analyze conversation logs for performance insights and implement iterative improvements to NLU and prompt strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience with conversational AI, generative AI, or related language technologies
• Proficiency in Python and NodeJS for data preparation, analysis, and model tuning
• Experience with Genesys Cloud or other CCaaS/conversational AI platforms
• Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset
