Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Agentic AI Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of scalable AI orchestration frameworks for autonomous systems
• Design and build LLM-powered AI agents capable of reasoning and adapting in dynamic environments
• Drive innovation in multi-agent orchestration, including task decomposition and adaptive control strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering focused on AI or multi-agent architectures
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field preferred; bachelor's degree required
• Research experience in LLM and agentic orchestration
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing agent-based systems and orchestration frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java
