Agentic AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time salaried Agentic AI Software Engineer will design, build, and ship agentic AI features in a cross-functional agile environment, focusing on safe action execution and deterministic rules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI features, ensuring safe and explainable agent behavior
• Manage the LLM layer, including prompt architecture and statistical detection logic to derive business impact from workforce data
• Collaborate with QA on evaluation suites and mentor junior engineers while operating independently to set priorities and goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with LLM-backed features
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, SQL Server, and API design in critical systems
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into enterprise applications and working with statistical techniques on time-series data
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and production-level LLM APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently as a technical lead
