Agentic Operations Consultant

Job Summary

To drive strategic go-to-market initiatives for Agentforce process automation, the full-time remote Agentic Operations Consultant will manage complex sales engagements, develop multi-year value roadmaps, and lead high-stakes Proof of Concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the transformative capabilities of the solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals, pitching the vision of autonomous business processes
• Define and present a multi-year "Value Roadmap" for customers, illustrating comprehensive operational transformations
• Lead and manage POC engagements to validate business cases and secure technical buy-in for closing deals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector
• Familiarity with supply chain management and workflow automation platforms
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions that challenge current customer states and build compelling future visions
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI and automation concepts to diverse stakeholders
