Agentic RPA Automation Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Agentic RPA Automation Developer, this hands-on technical role will design, build, and deploy automation solutions that integrate RPA and AI agents to enhance healthcare operations and revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic workflows and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring integration with AI agents for hybrid workflows
- Collaborate with clients to gather process requirements, document use cases, and support testing and go-live activities
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and RPA capabilities, contributing to reusable components and internal tooling for improved delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with automation solutions using UiPath or similar platforms
- Experience in Revenue Cycle and/or healthcare-related industries
- Demonstrated experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen
- Proficiency in Python and/or C# for integration and custom component development
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and version control (Git)
