Key Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of a production-grade Autonomous Agentic Platform
• Define reusable engineering patterns and lead implementation strategies across various tools and workflows
• Mentor technical leads and engineers while establishing engineering standards for code quality and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing, building, and scaling complex software platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud-native deployment patterns
• Expertise in AI/ML engineering, particularly in LLM-based systems and agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of architecture fundamentals such as microservices and design patterns
• Proven ability to guide teams through complex technical decisions and improve platform reliability using evidence-driven leadership
