Key Responsibilities

• Decompose complex business workflows into clear, step-by-step natural language instructions
• Design instruction hierarchies and reusable instruction patterns for agents
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft and refine agent instructions

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical writing experience, particularly for developer audiences
• Experience creating detailed process documentation or structured content
• Some programming exposure, with the ability to read code and understand basic logic flows
• Experience with API documentation or similar technical products
• Proven ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly
