Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Business Analyst for a ServiceNow project.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and user requirements related to ServiceNow
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Configure the ServiceNow platform and collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and sprint preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules
• Ability to document solutions and processes effectively
• Experience in supporting user training and understanding of ServiceNow functionalities
