Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide the organization in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance Agile skills and competencies within teams
• Develop best practices for Product Management and refine backlogs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective implementation of Agile practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Ability to coach Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
• Proficiency in using Agile metrics and tools to enhance team performance
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Program Consultant) are a plus
