Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCIO Agile Coach to train teams on agile methodologies and oversee agile team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee agile deliveries, organizational impediments, and support for Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Facilitate the creation and standardization of agile policies and procedures
• Provide training and coaching on various agile frameworks and support high-performance team development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a relevant field required
• Master's degree preferred (MBA or related)
• Seven years of experience in project management and IT required
• Five years of experience in agile methodologies and coaching required
• Relevant certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
