Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to lead the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Azure DevOps platform, ensuring its governance and alignment with organizational standards
• Act as a subject matter expert for Agile processes, addressing issues and ensuring consistent application across teams
• Lead the migration of ADO products to standardized processes and establish guidelines for process exceptions

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role within a scaled Agile environment
• 3-5 years of experience working within digital teams and leading cross-functional projects
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
• Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
