Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Agile mindset and promote Agile practices through collaboration with teams and stakeholders
Develop and refine coaching plans and metrics to track Agile knowledge and application
Provide education and hands-on assistance for teams transitioning from waterfall to Scrum and from Scrum to SAFe

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
At least 2 years of experience teaching SAFe classes
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, and in coaching/consulting roles
