Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Agile Coach to guide teams and leaders in adopting agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on agile principles and frameworks
• Assess team and organizational maturity, creating tailored coaching plans for continuous improvement
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on agile mindset, team dynamics, and scaled agile practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Proven experience leading agile transformations in complex environments
• Deep expertise in at least one agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Ability to coach both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
