Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Agile Coach to assist in transforming their coaching community to a new empowered coaching group approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the transformation to new ways of working and ensure consistent implementation
• Train and mentor coaches in Agile practices and communicate their development needs
• Assist in delivering key strategic goals and promote the effective use of AI in software delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, particularly in large-scale Agile transformations
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks with practical application skills
• Strong diagnostic capability to identify problems and develop actionable plans
• Proven experience in creating and executing coaching plans that drive measurable improvement
• Certifications such as SAFe SPC, ICP-ACC, or ICF-ACC are preferred
