Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to support agile practices within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Agile Delivery Coaching to improve team performance and delivery outcomes
Facilitate key agile ceremonies to ensure productive and collaborative events
Support continuous improvement by helping teams reflect on their performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
6-12 months of experience working in agile teams or environments
Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
Experience in software development or project management is a plus
Willingness to pursue agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a nice to have
