Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Enable delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology and support development activities
Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way and drive strategic organizational change for Agile adoption
Coach delivery teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Five (5) years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree required
Experience demonstrating coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring
Experience providing executive coaching at the organizational level
Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or equivalent certification
