Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide teams and leaders through the transition to product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leaders through the transition from project-centric to product-oriented delivery
• Facilitate workshops and support the evolution of governance and funding models
• Provide hands-on coaching to product managers, delivery managers, and cross-functional technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or Delivery Transformation Coach
• Proven success in coaching teams through project-to-product and waterfall-to-agile transitions
• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, product management practices, and incremental delivery models
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, or LeSS
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach or SAFe SPC are preferred
