Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide teams through the transition to product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leaders in transitioning from project-centric to product-oriented delivery
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to establish agile practices and product vision
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to leadership throughout the engagement

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach or Delivery Transformation Coach
• Proven success in coaching teams through project-to-product and waterfall-to-agile transitions
• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles and product management practices
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach or SAFe SPC are preferred
