Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the coordination of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and manage inter-train dependencies
• Facilitate and improve Program Increment (PI) Planning events, ensuring alignment of objectives and coaching stakeholders
• Lead the strategy for integrating automated testing and DevSecOps into sustainment workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Experience applying SAFe as the agile development methodology on large-scale technical programs
• US Citizenship and Secret security clearance required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in project management principles
