Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach Remote with occasional on-site responsibilities in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish new Agile teams and provide ongoing coaching to enhance Agile methods and practices
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events and team alignment sessions
• Collaborate with program leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and assess team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 1 year as a Program Level Agile Coach
• 2 years of experience as a Team Level Agile Coach for Agile/Product Development Teams
• 3 years of experience in a Scrum Coach, Product Owner, or leadership role with Agile teams
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is required
