Agile Coach

Job Summary

Passionate about transforming organizations, the full-time remote Agile Coach will guide clients in implementing agile practices, mentor teams, and facilitate the development of product strategies that prioritize customer value.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise on agile, SAFe, and Scrum @ Scale strategies for organizational implementation
• Mentor Scrum Masters, leadership, and team members on agile and SAFe best practices
• Facilitate the identification of objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with organizational goals

Required qualifications:

• US Citizenship or Green Card status with the ability to pass a Public Trust clearance process
• At least three years of experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience leading agile transformations and understanding software development methodologies
• Certifications: SPC 5.0; strongly preferred: RTE and Scrum Master certifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
