Job Summary

Serving as a servant leader and coach, the contract-to-hire Agile Coach will work remotely to mentor multiple teams in agile values and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and facilitating agile ceremonies.

Key responsibilities

Mentor and coach teams, product owners, and leaders on agile principles and practices
Facilitate agile ceremonies and support the flow of work to maximize customer value
Guide teams through stages of agile maturity and promote psychological safety and accountability

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agilist supporting agile teams
Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Agilist
Experience in scaled agility environments or multi-team ecosystems
Proven ability to deliver iterative value and improve team flow
Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a focus on servant leadership
