Agile Coach

Job Summary

To support the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the full-time Agile Coach will lead, coach, and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) in New York City, ensuring alignment across teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning events to align teams on objectives and manage dependencies
• Act as an Agile Coach, providing guidance on SAFe principles and supporting team members in optimizing performance
• Proactively manage program-level risks and dependencies while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role within Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a deep understanding of Lean-Agile principles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally
