Agile Coach

Job Summary

Enabling and governing the Dynata Program Increment (PI) process, the full-time remote Agile Coach will manage Release Train Engineers (RTEs), drive the adoption of SAFe principles, and facilitate cross-team ceremonies to optimize delivery and enhance business value.

Key responsibilities

• Govern and enable the Dynata PI process across assigned programs while ensuring consistent adoption of SAFe practices
• Lead and develop RTEs responsible for operating Agile Release Trains and facilitate effective PI Planning events
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt events and track program level metrics for performance improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; graduate level qualification preferred
• More than five years of experience leading software teams at the program level, with a minimum of two years coordinating multiple teams
• Experience facilitating at least three PI Planning events
• Minimum of two active SAFe or Agile certifications, with SAFe RTE preferred
• Training in leadership without authority, executive coaching, and large-scale event facilitation
