Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Agile Coach for a full-time remote position, responsible for facilitating agile processes, promoting collaboration, and removing obstacles to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum events and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
- Assist the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog while addressing impediments to team progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager managing web-based projects
- Experience leading a technical team and managing a technical product portfolio
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results
