Job Summary
To enhance multi-team delivery within a provincial public-sector organization, the contract Agile Coach - British Columbia will coach teams, facilitate large-scale planning events, and improve collaboration across initiatives while working remotely with core availability during Pacific Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Agile values and practices within scaled environments
- Facilitate multi-team planning sessions, retrospectives, and alignment events to manage dependencies and support shared outcomes
- Assess and recommend improvements for team structures and delivery processes to enhance collaboration and flow
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience coaching in scaled Agile and multi-team environments
- Demonstrated experience in coaching teams and leaders on Agile values and ceremonies
- Experience facilitating large-scale planning and strategic workshops
- Strong understanding of public or regulated sector environments
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence
