Agile Coach with IT-II Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to support the adoption of Agile methodologies within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the adoption of Agile methodologies and establishes processes for managing work portfolios
• Drives strategic organizational change and embeds an Agile culture using various methodologies and frameworks
• Equips staff to coach others and ensures key metrics and requirements for team support and delivery are maintained

Required Qualifications

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent certification is required
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in coaching and mentoring
• Experience in executive coaching at the organization level regarding digital service delivery design
