Agile Collaboration Coach

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Agile Collaboration Coach to work remotely, who will embed with teams to enhance collaboration practices, facilitate ensembling and mob programming sessions, and provide coaching tailored to team needs, while contributing to broader initiatives as capacity allows.

Key responsibilities

• Observe team collaboration and identify areas for impactful coaching
• Facilitate and coach collaborative practices such as pairing and ensembling in real-time
• Share observations and feedback with the team and leadership to guide continued investment in collaboration efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive hands-on experience coaching agile teams, particularly in ensembling and mob programming
• Proven ability to foster stronger collaboration habits without imposing rigid processes
• Strong facilitation skills in both small and larger group settings
• Curiosity about the evolution of collaborative practices in AI-assisted development environments
