Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead (Remote Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and improve core agile ceremonies for multiple engineering teams
Assess current agile practices and identify gaps for improvement
Coach teams on best practices for planning, estimation, and delivery discipline

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Agile Coaching
Proven success supporting multiple engineering teams in a scaling technology environment
Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Advanced experience with Jira and familiarity with Jellyfish is a plus
Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus, though not required
