Agile Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead - EMEA (Freelance Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and timeline while fostering a culture of shared responsibility for successful delivery
• Guide and coach teams on agile principles and facilitate workshops to establish project needs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications
• Experience in a scrum master or agile delivery role
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-project environments with effective context switching
• Experience in an enterprise agency environment and hands-on expertise with Scrum practices
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence
