Required Qualifications

5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile leadership experience in enterprise environments
Experience supporting Salesforce migrations or large-scale implementations
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, hybrid
Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Proactive and able to mentor teams effectively
