Agile Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Delivery & Portfolio Enablement Lead to oversee the Project Management Office and drive Agile adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile practices across the organization
• Oversee PMO operations, including governance, portfolio prioritization, and resource management
• Prepare and present portfolio and project reports to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role
• 5+ years of experience managing a PMO and overseeing project delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project governance practices
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certifications such as CSM, ICP-Client, or PMP are preferred
