Agile Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support high-performing software and infrastructure teams, the full-time Agile Delivery Lead will manage Agile development methodologies, facilitate team dynamics, and coordinate project delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture self-sustaining teams with effective software development practices
• Facilitate team meetings, ensuring clear communication and transparency in project progress
• Coordinate multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery of committed work and manage project dependencies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile facilitation and project management
• 5-7 years of experience in a multi-team, cross-functional environment
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
• Experience in organizational change management is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
