Agile Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Agile Delivery Lead will facilitate agile delivery for multiple teams within a large federal enterprise cloud platform, focusing on planning, execution, and continuous improvement in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Coaching teams on agile and SAFe practices while promoting continuous improvement
• Tracking and communicating delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for education
• 3+ years of experience facilitating agile delivery for technology teams in a SAFe environment
• Experience with agile project management tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination
