Agile Delivery Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Agile Engagement Lead, this role will manage Agile delivery and product ownership for enterprise healthcare clients, ensuring alignment between product vision, cybersecurity requirements, and business outcomes while facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product roadmap and operational workflows
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Proven experience managing Agile backlogs and delivering within Scrum or Kanban frameworks
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving sprint execution
- Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
