Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence across the software development lifecycle, the fully remote Agile Delivery Manager will oversee sprint execution, cross-functional coordination, and capacity planning while ensuring efficient delivery of multiple software applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies, maintaining consistent sprint cadence and alignment with agile principles
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage the intake pipeline for new requests, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment
• Produce operational dashboards and delivery metrics, identifying process gaps and leading continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years in Agile project management or similar roles
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in process-related roles within banking or financial services
• At least 1 Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Practitioner or SAFe Program Consultant
• Solid background utilizing Agile frameworks in software development
