Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of scrum masters and Release Train Engineers, the full-time Agile Delivery Manager will oversee scaled agile delivery processes, mentor staff, and ensure effective execution of agile ceremonies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of program/project activities related to scaled agile delivery
• Guide multiple cross-functional teams in the use of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum
• Manage customer interactions and expectations while fostering a culture of continuous learning and agile maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years in lieu of a degree)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP) and Certified SAFe Program Consultant
• 5 years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or team lead with budget management responsibilities
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
• Proficient in JIRA Align, JIRA, and Microsoft Office applications
