Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of scrum masters and Release Train Engineers, the full-time Agile Delivery Manager will manage scaled agile delivery projects, mentor staff, and ensure effective execution of agile ceremonies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the initiation, planning, and execution of program/project activities related to scaled agile delivery
• Guide multiple cross-functional teams in the application of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum
• Manage customer interactions and expectations while fostering a culture of continuous learning and agile maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of degree)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP) and Certified SAFe Program Consultant
• 5 years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or team lead with budget management responsibilities
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
• Expert knowledge of lean/agile principles and methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
